What kind of food does AUPA Coffee serve?
Freshly gourmet bagels, ready for sit and enjoy or grab & go.
At AUPA, we strive to work with organic, sustainable, locally & ethically sourced, fresh, high-quality produce. We don’t just serve coffee. We serve rhythm, flavour, and fuel for your whole day. Our food is crafted with the same care and soul as our specialty coffee — made fresh every day in-house and sharp culinary instinct.
Daily prepped handmade bites and Grab & Go boxes that actually taste like joy. Whether you’re stopping in for a slow morning or grabbing a bite on the fly, our menu is built to move with you.
Vegan? Gluten‑free? Of course. It’s 21st‑century eating, and part of our food philosophy - good mood, good food, for every soul.
Is the food at AUPA handmade?
Yes — we make everything fresh in-house and partner with local artisans who share our philosophy and meet our high standards of flavour and integrity. We don’t rely on a central kitchen or mass production. We slice, toast, bake, layer, build and serve every bite ourselves, using quality ingredients.
Enrique, our founder, is a former fine-dining chef which brings a trained eye to every bite. That means attention to texture, balance, and detail — whether it’s a warm toastie, a seasonal cookie, or a lunch box full of vibrant ingredients.
What ingredients does AUPA use?
We try our best to work only with organic, ethically sourced, local, fresh, high-quality organic produce sourced as locally as possible. Expect colorful organic vegetables, bold cheeses, ripe fruit, whole grains, fresh herbs, and artisanal sourdough bread.
Everything is carefully chosen — no fillers, no pre-cut packs, and definitely no “just heat and serve” nonsense. Like our coffee, our food is all about traceability, simplicity, and taste that speaks for itself.
Does AUPA offer Grab & Go food?
Absolutely. AUPA is built for movement — and our Grab & Go boxes are designed to match your pace. Whether it’s breakfast, a midday snack, or lunch on the move, we’ve got a box that hits the spot.
Each box is prepped fresh, packed by hand, and made to travel without sacrificing flavor or texture. We build it like we’d plate it: with contrast, nutrition, and satisfaction in every layer.
A Cookie with melting chocolate chunks and flaky salt - the way we like it.
What kind of meals can I expect at AUPA?
Our menu is designed around three core moments: breakfast, snacks, and lunch — all available to eat in or take with you.
Breakfasts feature sourdough toasts, porridges, fresh fruits, and warm pastries
Snacks include our signature cookies, seasonal bakes, and power bites
Lunches are built around our stay in plates or Grab & Go boxes - think bold grain bowls, stacked toasties, and light, satisfying combos that fuel the afternoon.
The selection rotates to keep things fresh and seasonal. We keep the menu tight, so every item gets the attention it deserves.
Is AUPA’s food healthy?
We prefer the word balanced. Our food is built to energise — not weigh you down. Whether you’re after something light and green or rich and toasty, you’ll find options that are nourishing, flavourful, and made from real ingredients.
We focus on organic, whole foods, natural sweetness, plant-forward options, and bold flavours that don’t rely on excess sugar, fat, or artificial anything.
Why we do it this way
We don’t have a full kitchen — and we don’t need one. Our lean setup and strong culinary roots let us do more with less. It’s not about volume. It’s about intention.
Every item on our menu (stay tuned… we are still fine tuning it) is there because we can stand behind it — from the flour in our cookies to the toast under your eggs. Just like our coffee, our food tells a story. Handmade, soulful, and rooted in rhythm.
Taste the difference
Whether you're sipping slow or sprinting to your next stop, AUPA’s food is made to move with you. No compromise. No shortcuts. Just bold bites, fresh prep, and soul in every forkful.
